• Clock is generated by Oscillator.
• Clock is having two components :-
• Phase (used to describe the specific location)
• Frequency

Synchronous Clock:

Synchronous clock will have same phase and same source.

Asynchronous Clock:

Asynchronous clock will have different phase and different source.
